The Office of State Administrative Hearings (OSAH) will host a “lunch and learn” on Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014, from 11:30 a.m. -1 p.m., at its offices, located at 230 Peachtree Street NW, Suite 850, Atlanta, Ga.
All Administrative Law Section members and practitioners in the administrative law field are invited to a panel discussion with several OSAH judges and staff attorneys on topics of interest, including: attorney conflicts and continuance requests; pre-hearing, interlocutory, and post-hearing motions practice; the ABCs of communication with OSAH and its staff; and the role of OSAH’s staff attorneys. There will be a question and answer session following the panel discussion.

Attendees are eligible for 1 hour CLE credit.
This event is free to all Administrative Law Section members, and includes a catered lunch. Non-members may attend for $15.00, the cost of annual Section dues.
