Rule 6-404. Stenographic Record.
Any party may request the Committee to arrange for the taking of a stenographic record of the proceeding. If such a record is stipulated to be the official record of the proceedings by the parties, or in appropriate cases determined to be such by the arbitrators, it must be made available to the arbitrators and to the other party for inspection at a time and place determined by the arbitrators. The total cost of such a record shall be shared equally by those parties who ordered copies. However, it shall not be necessary to have a stenographic record of the hearing.
