Rule 6-418. Time of Award.

The award shall be rendered promptly by the arbitrators not later than thirty (30) days from the date of the closing of the hearing, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties with the consent of the arbitrators or an extension is obtained from the Committee or its Chairman. If oral hearing has been waived, then the time period for rendering the award shall begin to run from the date of the receipt of final statements and proofs by the arbitrators.
