Rule 7-303. Confidentiality.

Except as provided in Bar Rule 4-104(b), Bar Rule 4-104(c) and Bar Rule 4-108, and Bar Rule 7-203, all proceedings and records of the Committee, its members, staff, consultants and other designees shall be confidential unless the attorney who is the subject of the proceedings and records otherwise elects.
