Section 1. Legislation

No legislation shall be recommended, approved or disapproved in the name of the Young Lawyers Division unless there has been a report thereon by an appropriate committee and unless such action is taken by a vote of a majority of the members present at the annual, midyear or any other meeting of the Young Lawyers Division, or by a vote of a majority of the members of the Executive Council present at any meeting of the Executive Council duly convened. Any such recommendation, approval or disapproval, shall be submitted to the State Bar of Georgia in accordance with its bylaws.
