Section 3. Appointments; Terms
All committee chairpersons and committee members shall be appointed by the president for the terms coincident with that of the president and shall serve at the pleasure of the president. No person shall serve as the chairperson of any one committee of the Young Lawyers Division for more than two (2) terms, or any portion of two (2) terms. Any person who has served as the chairperson of a committee of the Young Lawyers Division for two (2) terms or any portion of two (2) terms shall not be eligible for appointment as chairperson of that committee again. The ineligibility herein above described shall not constitute a bar to the appointment of any such person as chairperson of any other committee of the Young Lawyers Division.
