Section 3. President
The president is the chief executive officer of the Young Lawyers Division. The president shall be responsible for carrying out the purposes of the Young Lawyers Division. The duties of the president shall include, but not be limited to, presiding at all meetings of the Executive Council and the membership. The president shall perform all duties as usually pertain to the office of president, as well as duties as may be assigned by the membership at any regular meeting or by the Executive Council. The president shall be responsible for the preparation and submission of an annual report of the activities of the Young Lawyers Division at the regular annual meeting of the State Bar of Georgia. The president shall be an ex officio member of all standing committees.
