Section 4. Executive Council Meetings

The Executive Council shall meet not less than three times during each fiscal year at such time as the president of the Executive Council by majority vote of the members present and voting may designate; provided, that one of such meetings shall coincide with regular midyear meeting of the State Bar of Georgia. Notice of such meeting shall be given by the secretary to all members of the Executive Council not less than twenty days before such meetings.
