Section 4. President-elect

There should be continuity in the program of the Young Lawyers Division for the benefit of the public and the legal profession, and it shall be the duty of the president-elect, not only to participate actively in the program of the Young Lawyers Division during his or her term, but also to plan the program for the year in which he or she shall act as president, and to make needed arrangements for the prompt inauguration of the program upon assuming office and to prevent interruption in the continuing program then being carried on by the Young Lawyers Division.
