Section 5. Attendance at Executive Council Meetings

Unless otherwise set by majority vote of the Executive Council, or unless waived by a majority vote of the Executive Council, each Executive Council member shall be required to attend at least three of the five regularly scheduled meetings. Attendance by an alternate member shall be considered as attendance by the Executive Council member from that Congressional District.
