Section 5. Treasurer
The treasurer shall have general supervision of the finances of the the Young Lawyers Division. The treasurer shall keep or cause to be kept full and accurate records and accounts showing the transactions of the Young Lawyers Division and shall see that all expenditures are duly authorized. The treasurer shall report annually and more frequently if required by the president. The treasurer shall perform all other duties as may be assigned by the president, the membership at any regular meeting or by the Executive Council.
