Section 6. Reports

The committee chairpersons shall submit to the president, secretary and such other persons or committees as designated by the president in writing, reports of the activities and recommendations of their respective committees. Reports may be submitted at intervals as required or desired by the president except each committee shall submit a report of its entire activities not less than ten days prior to the annual meeting.
