Section 9. Time Period Changes

The time periods dealing with nomination and election of the president-elect, secretary and treasurer of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia may be changed at the discretion of the Nominating Committee and Election Committee to facilitate a reduction in costs in mailing out the ballots for the election of these offices if a direct mailing can be coordinated with election of officers of the State Bar of Georgia.
