Pay Bar Dues
Bar Rule 1-501 provides that dues for members of the State Bar of Georgia are due and payable July 1 of each year. A lawyer who fails to pay the license fee by September 1 ceases to be a member in good standing and is ineligible to practice.
Pay Dues by Credit Card (temporarily unavailable)*
*The ability to pay Bar dues online is unavailable for an extended period of time due to technical difficulties. You may still use your credit card to make payments by completing the credit card information in the space provided on your dues notice and mailing to: State Bar of Georgia, P.O. Box 102054, Atlanta, GA 30368-2054. Please note: We cannot accept faxed or emailed copies of dues notices with credit card information. Please mail directly to the P.O. box.

Currently the credit card system is unable to process members that are unpaid from last year, new members or status changes. If your payment involves one of these situations, please call Membership at 404-527-8777 for assistance.

Dues to the State Bar of Georgia are due and payable annually on July 1.
Payments must be postmarked or paid by credit card by August 1 to avoid a late fee.
Dues paid after August 1 should include a late fee of $75
