Support High School Mock Trial by Attending
a Hockey Game
To host the four-day National High School
Mock Trial Championship in Atlanta in May 2009, it will cost
$300,000-$375,000. To ensure that we have the funds to meet this
financial goal, we have collaborated with the Lawyers Foundation of
Georgia to establish the Judge Rowland Barnes Endowment fund for
High School Mock Trial. Donations to this endowment fund will
financially support the 2009 national tournament.
The first fundraising event for the tournament will be held on
Saturday, Feb. 3, 2007, at an Atlanta Thrashers hockey game. We are
participating in a new program, Commitment to the Community. Through
this program, a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales for this
game against the Philadelphia Flyers will benefit the Judge Rowland
Barnes Endowment fund for High School Mock Trial. Fill out the order form to help support Georgia High School Mock
Trial!
