Law Practice Management Enews Tip
Computer Use Policy -- Personal-use policies can help protect
law firms from liability problems as well as the problems of lost
productivity and wasted resources. Explain to all employees the
appropriate use of firm computers both inside and outside the
office. This information should be a segment of a comprehensive,
written office policy and procedures manual. Please give us a call
at 404-527-8772, if you'd like to borrow a sample guide from our
Resource Library.
If you have questions about this tip or other law practice
management questions, contact LPM Director Natalie Kelly at (404)
527-8770 or natalie@gabar.org.

philanthropic arm of the State Bar of Georgia, the Foundation funds
a wide variety of projects, including yearly challenge grants to
State Bar sections and local and voluntary bar associations.
Proceeds from the auction add to the funds available to support the
Challenge Grant Program and increase the Foundation's endowment.
Auction items vary widely and range from fine dining and vacation
getaways, to technological tools and sports memorabilia and events.
The deadline for donations is May 20. For more information about
the Annual Silent Auction, or to obtain a contribution form, call
