How to Join a Section

Once a year the State Bar sends out dues notices in April for the July l - June 30 fiscal year.  All sections are listed on this notice and one can join via the dues notice. One must be a member of the State Bar in order to join a section. One can join throughout the Bar year.  After January l of every Bar year, section membership is half price. If joining during the year without the dues notice one can make a check payable to the State Bar of Georgia in the appropriate amount and list name, Bar #, mailing address and the section(s) one wants to join.
