Mailing List General Information

Information provided, regardless of format or use, is for a one-time use only. 
Available Formats Include:
a) Laser printed sheet labels
b) Lists
c) E-mailed electronic file or electronic file on CD (available for approved use, in various formats, i.e. Excel (.xls), database (.dbf), Ascii delimited (.txt).
Please note: Mailing addresses are not NCOA (National Change of Address) certified.

Cost of Labels or List (per label or per record)
a) .06 each for accredited CLE Sponsors (except ICLE - .035 each); and for Local and Circuit Bars
b) .15 each for Profit Organizations/Commercial purposes including non-accredited CLE providers
c) .04 each for law office announcements for bar members
d) .045 each for additional sets of labels for bar election mailings by candidates in contested races (first set free)
e) .10 each for State Election Candidates
f) $25.00 minimum charge per order
Note: We do not make e-mail addresses or fax numbers available except as provided by Executive Committee Policy 500. We do not sell e-mail addresses. (Please see Executive Committee Policy 500 for their availability for limited purposes.)

How to Submit Requests:
Label requests should be submitted in writing to the attention of Brinda Lovvorn, Director of Membership, either at the address listed above or by fax to (404) 527-8747 or by e-mail to brindal@gabar.org. Orders should contain specific criteria for labels, including the name and address, phone number, or e-mail. Orders for printed labels shipped to a Georgia address will be subject to state sales tax unless a sales tax exemption certificate is provided. Request should include purpose for which labels will be used and a sample of materials to be mailed. The information provided (regardless of format or use) is for a one-time use only. Payment in advance is required either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) or check. Checks should be made payable to the State Bar of Georgia. In some instances Executive Committee approval may be required to proceed with the order. 

Time Frame and Shipping:
Processing time of order is approximately 7 days. Printed label orders will be sent by U.S. Mail or UPS Ground Service unless otherwise instructed in your written order. If you wish to have priority shipment, give specific instructions, including your shipping account number.
