Challenge for Children

Modeled after a similar effort by the State Bar of Florida, The Lawyer's Challenge for Children Campaign is an effort by the Juvenile Law Committee to raise awareness among attorneys about opportunities for children's legal advocacy within Georgia communities. Children's Challenge has published a series of articles in the Young Lawyer's Division Newsletter over the last two years, featuring various local organizations and projects through which young attorneys can get involved in legal advocacy on behalf of vulnerable children in Georgia. In the future, our hope is that Children's Challenge can be used to raise grant funds and other financial resources to assist such advocacy programs and the children they benefit.
