- ICLE shall fund its operations from the fees that it charges for CLE programs and may use any of its surplus funds to fund the purpose of ICLE. Its funds and accounts shall be maintained by the State Bar of Georgia separately from other funds or accounts of the State Bar of Georgia. The State Bar of Georgia, after consultation with the ICLE Board, may charge ICLE for its costs in housing and administering ICLE as determined by the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors.
- The Board shall provide a financial report to the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors at each of its meetings and shall provide an audit report to the State Bar of Georgia Board of Governors at the Annual Meeting each year.
